Beating Heart

EDIT: I changed the blurring a bit, I wasn't satisfied with the way it looked. 

My patience was totally gone by the time I finished this :c

ANYWHO
this is my beloved, beloved baby, Cinnamon
She is currently about 6 years old. She has been a truly perfect dog, and I really wanted to honor her in some way.
I probably could have done much better with details. I am getting better in terms of patience with each drawing, but I'm still pretty bad. After about 6 hours I just feel so done and just want to get it over with.

Whilst drawing some of this I listened to Ellie Goulding's "Beating Heart" and therefore chose the title.
